Refund and Returns Policy

Return Window​

You may request a full refund or exchange within ​​30 days​​ of purchase. Returns after this period cannot be accepted.

​Return Conditions​

  • Item must be ​​unused, undamaged, and in original condition​
  • Original packaging and all accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
  • Do ​​not​​ send returns directly to the manufacturer

​Non-Returnable Items​

Including but not limited to:

  • Perishables (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)
  • Personal care & sanitary products (underwear, skincare, etc.)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards, digital downloads (software, e-books, etc.)
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, video games)

​Partial Refunds May Apply If:​

  • Books show visible wear
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Return is initiated after 30 days

​Refund Process​

  1. We will inspect your return and notify you within ​​3 business days​
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  3. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically ​​5-10 business days​​)

​Important Notes​

  • ​Sale/discounted items​​ are ​​final sale​​ (no refunds)
  • ​Exchanges​​ are only offered for ​​defective or damaged​​ items
  • ​Return shipping costs​​ are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from refunds
  • For high-value items, we recommend using ​​trackable shipping & insurance​

​Gift Returns​

  • If marked as a ​​gift​​ and shipped directly to you: Store credit will be issued
  • If shipped to the purchaser: Refund goes to the original payment method
