You may request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Returns after this period cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required
- Do not send returns directly to the manufacturer
Non-Returnable Items
Including but not limited to:
- Perishables (food, flowers, newspapers/magazines)
- Personal care & sanitary products (underwear, skincare, etc.)
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards, digital downloads (software, e-books, etc.)
- Opened media (CDs, DVDs, vinyl, video games)
Partial Refunds May Apply If:
- Books show visible wear
- Original packaging is damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Return is initiated after 30 days
Refund Process
- We will inspect your return and notify you within 3 business days
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
Important Notes
- Sale/discounted items are final sale (no refunds)
- Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from refunds
- For high-value items, we recommend using trackable shipping & insurance
Gift Returns
- If marked as a gift and shipped directly to you: Store credit will be issued
- If shipped to the purchaser: Refund goes to the original payment method
